Bravado collects the following information regarding you:

  • Your full name
  • Your professional email address
  • Your current job title
  • Your mobile phone number.

How do we collect your data?

This information is provided to use by your employer as part of your participation in one of our programs of The Leadership Experience (TLE).

How will we use your data?

Our Company collects this data in order to follow your TLE program from start to finish. This includes:

  • You signing up to the program, for which you will need to create your own password. This password will not be shared with anyone.
  • Sending you invitations to each of your program’s TLE sessions
  • Allowing you access to manage your invitations to each session, such as accepting or refusing each invitation
  • Sending you necessary pre-read information that will be useful for you prior to each TLE session
  • Enabling you to complete your personal Evaluation after each TLE Session.

Our Company will not share this information with any third-party of any nature.

How do we store your data?

Our company securely stores your data in a secure location that can only be accessed by Bravado.

Marketing

Our Company will only use your data for the purpose of your TLE program and will only use your data to send you relevant information regarding TLE.

What are your data protection rights?

Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access - You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
  • The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate before you sign-up to the program. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete information you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to erasure — You have the right to request that Our Company erase your personal data once your TLE program is completed.
  • The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that Our Company restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability - You have the right to request that Our Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
